Title: Accessories Manager

The Role:

Manage the development of in-box and out-box accessories at lab126; such as a/c adapters, cables, covers, docks, etc. Build and manage the accessories team as the business grows, working cross functionally with the engineering teams. Create engineering specifications and program manage the developments, engaging both internal and external resources.

The Candidate:

The candidate will have a background in engineering and program management. He / she will have a proven track record of delivering high volume consumer electronics products. The candidate must be a mature manager with experience managing teams at least 5 – 10 strong. The candidate will have a network of connections in the accessories world.

Required Experience:

• Exposure to the accessories business in a consumer electronics company
• At least 5 years engineering experience (EE preferred)
• Must have managed engineering teams
• Considerable Engineering Program Management experience
• Hands on experience at Asia manufacturing sites

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Materials Science or Physics. Masters’ Degree Preferred.
