You drive the strategic and tactical people efforts required to make the business successful. You will serve as a liaison between the business line and HR to assess the human resources needs in areas such as recruiting, employment, performance management, compensation, career and management development, and employee relations. This position requires a candidate with sound judgment, a developed sense of professionalism and discretion and well as influential leadership skills.Job Qualifications: Lab126 is seeking a dynamic, organized human resources professional with 7+ years of progressive experience in the state of California; working in organization(s) developing, implementing and measuring HR programs -- hardware company experience is preferred. The right individual will have solid business judgment, strong leadership and management abilities, and an analytical creative approach to problem solving, great people skills and the flexibility to function effectively in a fast paced and innovative environment.
